Mele Kalikimaka Forever Card

Priscilla's Mele Kalikimaka Forever Card last Saturday, Oct. 16th was a smashing success. Five friends who have know each other "forever" got together and scheduled a special class just for them. Every once in a while I would "peek in" to see how things were going. They were cutting, folding, measuring, gluing, and just having a fun time. I can still hear the laughter as they tried to envision how the card all goes together. If you haven't seen the Forever Card stop by the store for a demonstration. I believe you will be amazed at the cleverness of the design.

A new shipment of glitter arrived yesterday from Elizabeth Craft Design. We now have all those colors that would be perfect for the holiday cards that you are designing. Peacock Blue, Sweet Basil, Hunter Green, Poppy Orange, Kiwi Green, and Dark Gold to name just a few. There are a lot of people who still aren't aware of this fantastic product and how easy it is to use. Spread the word and have them come in to see for themselves.
The Scor-Pals are now back on the shelves. We seem to sell out of them as fast as they arrive. Have you seen the template that we have created for the Scor-Pal. With it you can easily make A2, A6, A7, or #10 envelopes out of any paper. Making coordinated card and envelope sets would make a great gift for any occasion.
Another tool that you can use with the Scor-Pal is our new "Telescoping Box" template. The box you make with this template is very unique in the lid never separates from the box. It telescopes up and provides access to the goodies held within. We made a couple of box samples where we printed a photo onto the paper so the photo wraps around the box. The box has the potential of being more special than what it contains.
We will post Fran Kawakami's wonderful Christmas themed class with cards, tags and a gift card holder. Stay tuned for the next posting containing class informationa and photos, the samples are so adorable, you don't want to miss taking this class!
